اِس کی اکڑ نکال دیتی!"

نے اُسے آنکھوں سے چپ رہنے کا اشارہ کیا،
"چھوڑو،
ماہی… ابھی تو پہلا دن ہے۔ دیکھو آگے کیا ہوتا ہے!"
لیکن
ماہی کہاں باز آنے والی تھی:
"پر
ماہی، جو بھی ہو… ماننا پڑے گا، پروفیسر تو بہت ہینڈسم ہے! بالکل جیسے فلموں کا ہیرو
ہوتا ہے۔"
ماہی
نے فوراً پیچھے بیٹھنے والی لڑکی کی طرف گھور کے دیکھا —
"اندھی
ہو گئی ہو؟"
وہ
ہنس پڑی،
"نہیں،
مگر تمہیں کیا ہو گیا؟ ایسا پروفیسر جو لگتا ہے جیسے ریمپ سے سیدھا اُتر کر آیا ہو،
اور تمہیں برا لگ رہا ہے؟"
ماہی
نے سنجیدہ لہجے میں کہا:
"تمہیں
اندازہ نہیں کہ آنکھوں کی خوبصورتی سے زیادہ، اُن میں کیا چھپا ہے… وہ اہم ہوتا ہے۔"
