    ’’اور تمہیں ایک اور بات بتاؤں؟؟ ‘‘  اب کی بار اس نے  اسے ہاتھ سے اشارہ کرتے ہوئے اپنا کان قریب کرنے کو کہا تھاکہ جیسے کوئی بہت ہی رازدانہ بات اسے بتانا چاہتا ہو۔

   ’’ہاں بتاؤ۔‘‘  عنایہ نے فوراً اپنا کان آگے کیا ۔

   ’’ان میں جادو بھی ہوتا ہے۔ ‘‘

   ’’ کیا جادو۔۔۔۔؟؟ ‘‘  عنایہ نے مارےحیرت کے اپنی پوری آنکھیں کھولی تھیں۔

   ’’ہاں۔۔۔‘‘  نومان نے پوری قوت سے اپنا سر ہلاکر اسے یقین دلانا چاہا اور اس طرح کرنے سے اس کے بےبی کٹنگ میں کٹے سلکی بال اس کے ماتھے پر گرے تھے۔

   ’’نہیں تم جھوٹ بول رہے ہو۔ کتابوں میں بھلا جادو کیسے ہو سکتا ہے؟؟ بلکہ ان کو پڑھ کر تو نیند آتی ہے۔‘‘  وہ فوراً منھ بناتے ہوئے بولی۔ 

  ’’ہاں نا تو یہ کتابیں ہر کسی کو اپنا جادو نہیں دکھاتیں۔ یہ انہی لوگوں کو اپنا جادو دکھاتی ہیں جو ان کو دلچسپی سے پڑھتے ہیں اور ان کی قدر کرتے ہیں، جیسے کہ میں۔ ‘‘  اب کی بار وہ اپنی طرف اشارہ کرتے ہوئے ایک ادا سے کہتا اپنی جگہ سے اٹھ کھڑا ہوا۔ اسے نارمل ہوتا دیکھ کر وہ اب دوبارہ سے اپنی پرانی ٹون پر وآپس آ گیا تھا۔

  ’’ جیسے کہ میں۔۔۔ہونہہ جھوٹے۔‘‘  عنایہ برا سا منھ بنا کر اس کی نقل اتارتے ہوئے بولی۔  

  ’’ ٹھیک ہے نہیں ماننا تو نہ مانو۔مجھے کیا؟؟‘‘  وہ کندھے اچکا کر کہتا ہو ادوبارہ سے کتابوں کی طرف بڑھ گیا۔

  ’’ اچھا ویسے کس طرح کا جادو ہوتا ہے ان کتابوں میں؟؟‘‘  اب کی بار اس کے پیچھے آتے ہوئے اس نے کچھ تجسس سےاس سے پوچھا تھا۔

   ’’ تمہیں کیوں بتاؤں؟؟ تم نے  کونسا مان لیناہے؟؟ ‘‘  وہ ریکس میں سے اپنی مطلوبہ کتاب کو تلاش کرتے ہوئے بولا۔

   ’’ مان لوں گی۔ تم بتاؤ تو سہی۔ ‘‘
