ہوئی۔ دونوں نفوس خون میں لت پت زمین پر پڑے آخری سانسیں لےچکے تھے۔ بیل بھی بےجان
ہوگیا تھا۔ جبکہ بچی زخمی حالت میں پڑی اب بھی سانسیں لےرہی تھی۔ ٹریکٹر والا رفو چکر
ہوگیا تھا۔ گرج چمک میں کمی آئی تو بجلی بھی آگئی اور چاروں طرف روشنی پھیل گئی جیسے
یہ طوفان آیا ہی اِس حادثے کےلئے تھا۔ وہاں سے گزرتے ہوئے لوگوں کی نظر اُن تینوں پر
پڑیں مرد اور عورت کی سانسوں کو جانچنے کے بعد اُنہوں نے کہہ دیا کہ وہ مرچکے ہیں۔
زخمی بچی جو سسک رہی تھی اُسے اُٹھاکر گاؤں کے چودھری کے پاس لے آئے۔ چودھری شفق سلطان
اس بچی کی شکل تک نہیں دیکھنا چاہتے تھے مگر گاؤں کے لوگوں کے سامنے اپنا رتبہ قائم
رکھنے کےلئے اُس بچی کو اپنی حویلی میں پناہ دینے پر مجبور ہوگئے تھے۔۔۔
