”تم نے آج رات بس ایک ہی کام کرنا ہے۔“ ایمان نے اس کے شانے پر
ہاتھ رکھتے آخری ملاقات کے سے انداز میں کہا۔ مومن نہیں جانتا تھا لیکن اس ایمان
سے یہ اس کی آخری ملاقات ہی تھی۔
”تمہیں زندہ رکھنے کے علاوہ اور بھی کام سونپ رہی ہو؟“ وہ اکتاہٹ
سے بولا تھا اور اسے خود سمجھ نہیں آ رہی تھی یہ اکتاہٹ مصنوعی تھی بھی کہ نہیں۔
ایمان
ہنس دی۔ ”نہیں، بس اتنا ہی کرنا ہے۔ تم خود سے اچھا initiative لیتے ہو، ذرا ambitious ہوتے تو میں تمہیں پروموشن بھی دے دیتی۔“
مومن نے
اس کو یاد کروانا ضروری نہ سمجھا کہ یہ سب صرف سی ای او نہیں بلکہ ڈائریکٹروں کے
ہاتھ میں ہوتا ہے اور ویسے بھی وہ کوئی بزنس مین بننے کے لیے مرے نہیں جا رہا تھا۔
اس کی طرف سے دنیا بھر کا پیسہ جائے بھاڑ میں، لیکن ایمان کا اس کے ساتھ نہ ہونا
قابل قبول نہ تھا۔ ہاں یہ بالکل بھی قابل قبول نہیں تھا اسی لیے مومن نے ایمان کو
دھکا دے کر موت کے حوالے کر دیا۔
وہ تھوڑی
جانتا تھا آگے موت ہی تھی۔
اب یہاں
سے آگے تو تمہیں معلوم ہی ہے کیا ہوتا ہے۔ ایمان ازلفہ سے ملتی ہے، یہ سمجھتے ہوئے
کہ وہ خود ازلفہ ہے۔ اس کو ندامت ہوتی ہے کہ اس نے آزادی کے ساتھ ساتھ کسی اور کی
شناخت چوری کر کے لگژری والی زندگی چھینی ہوتی ہے۔ اس کو یہ معلوم نہیں ہوتا کہ
شناخت تو اس کی چھینی گئی تھی اور اس نے محض اپنی چیز اپنے پاس واپس لی تھی۔ آخر
کو عورت کا اپنی چیز واپس لینا بھی جرم ہی نظر آتا ہے، سب سے پہلے اسے خود۔
دوسری
طرف ازلفہ ادیب کی بھی کہانی ہوتی ہے، مگر چونکہ اس نے مر جانا ہے اور وہ کہانی کے
کسی کردار کے لیے کبھی ایک انسان نہیں تھی تو اس پر اور کتنی ہی روشنی ضائع کی
جائے۔ لڑکی تھی، مر گئی، ختم کہانی۔
بس کچھ
باتیں اس مرتبہ واضح ہو جانی چاہئیں۔
ملنے کے
لیے ایمان نے ازلفہ کو بلایا تھا۔
تاکہ وہ
اس کو مار سکے۔
مگر
بنگلے میں ازلفہ نے ایمان کو بلایا تھا۔
تاکہ وہ
اس کو مار سکے۔
