صوفے پر بیٹھے مرد نے کمرے میں پھیلی خاموشی کو توڑا۔
“مجھے
تو سمجھ نہیں آتی، انہیں ڈر بھی نہیں لگتا اپنی آخرت کا! توبہ توبہ، اللہ بچائے ایسے
لوگوں سے۔ منی لانڈرنگ، اسلحہ کی اسمگلنگ، ہر بڑے کریمنل سے تعلقات — مطلب حد ہی ہو
گئی!”
مزاحم
نامی وہ مرد کانوں کو چھوتے ہوئے بولا۔
“خیر،
جو بھی ہے، فی الحال تو سائفر کو سلاخوں کے پیچھے دیکھنا ناممکن ہی ہے۔”
“میرے
لیے ناممکن صرف ایک لفظ ہے، حقیقت نہیں۔”
ازمیر
مغرور آواز میں خاموشی توڑتے ہوئے اپنی کرسی کی طرف آتے ہوئے بولا۔
“دیکھو
ازمیر، اسے ڈھونڈنے کے لیے پہلے اس کی شناخت کی ضرورت ہے۔” مزاحم نے پریشانی سے کہا۔
“اس
کی شناخت ہے، مزاحم! مگر جس کے پاس ہے، مجھے یہ نہیں معلوم کہ وہ کہاں ہے۔ پہلے اسے
ڈھونڈنا ہوگا، پھر ہی جا کر سائفر کو تلاش کر سکیں گے ہم۔”
“تم
اتنے یقین سے کیسے کہہ سکتے ہو ازمیر؟ کیا پتا وہ اب تک اس لڑکی کو مار چکا ہو؟ آخر
تم نے بھی تو پورے آٹھ سال کے بعد اب آ کر اس کی تلاش شروع کی ہے!”
