"یہ کیسے ہو سکتا ہے؟"
دادا
کا انتقال اس کی پیدائش سے کئی سال پہلے ہو چکا تھا۔
اسی
لمحے ڈائری کا ایک خالی صفحہ خود بخود پلٹا۔
انابیہ کے ہاتھ کانپ گئے۔
اور
پھر...
خالی صفحے پر سیاہی ابھرنے لگی۔
جیسے کوئی ان دیکھے ہاتھ سے لکھ رہا ہو۔
"اگر
تم یہ الفاظ پڑھ رہی ہو تو سمجھ لو کہ وقت ٹوٹ چکا ہے۔"
انابیہ
کا دل زور سے دھڑکا۔
"اور
اگر تم نے میری بات نہ مانی تو سات دن بعد تمہاری دنیا ختم ہو جائے گی۔"
"یہ مذاق ہے..." اس نے خود سے کہا۔
مگر اگلی سطر نے اس کے وجود کو ساکت کر دیا۔
"آج شام 6 بج کر 17 منٹ پر تمہارے کمرے کی بتی تین بار جھپکے گی۔"

اور پھر تیسری بار۔
کمرے میں خاموشی چھا گئی۔
انابیہ کے ہاتھ سے ڈائری گر گئی۔
کیونکہ اب اسے یقین ہو چکا تھا...
یہ خط کسی اور نے نہیں لکھا تھا۔
