آج آبرو کا رزلٹ تھا۔ آبرو بہت پریشان تھی، کیونکہ اس کے پیپرز اتنے اچھے نہیں ہوئے تھے۔
اور ایک بات جو آسیہ بیگم کی دوست تھی، وہ آبرو کے ساتھ پڑھتی تھی۔ ہرا نام تھا اس کا۔ ہرا سارا دن فری رہتی اور بس پڑھتی تھی۔ ہرا کی ماں کو اپنی اولاد پر بہت غرور تھا۔
خیر، دس بجنے والے تھے۔ آبرو کا رزلٹ آنے میں کچھ منٹ باقی تھے۔
آبرو: "امی، دعا کیجیے گا میرا رزلٹ اچھا آ جائے۔" آبرو نے آسیہ بیگم سے کہا۔
آبرو نے دھڑکتے دل کے ساتھ رول نمبر لکھا اور حیران رہ گئی، کیونکہ اس کی ایک سپلی آ گئی تھی۔ آبرو کا دل کیا کہ پھوٹ پھوٹ کر روئے۔
اتنے میں آسیہ بیگم کی دوست آ گئی، کیونکہ ان کا گھر ساتھ ہی تھا۔ آبرو ابھی صحن میں ہی تھی۔
دوست:
"کتنے نمبر آئے ہیں آبرو؟"
آبرو:
"خالہ، میری سپلی آئی ہے۔" آبرو نے سچ بولا۔
وہ مسکرائی اور گھر چلی گئی۔ اس نے جا کر اپنی بیٹیوں کو بتایا تو ان کے قہقے اتنے اونچے ہوئے کہ آبرو نے خوب سنے۔
