انکی شادی کب ہے؟وہ مدھم سرگوشی میں بولا تھا۔شیریں بوا نے آنکھیں پھاڑتے اسکے کندھے
پر چِت لگاتے اسے خاموش ہونے کو کہا تھا۔پھر دروازے کی طرف دیکھتے اسکے قریب آئی تھیں۔

بخت ماری قسمت سے اس معاملے میں ہار جاتی ہے۔پہلے سردار زَرمَن نے چھوڑ دیا اور اب
ہمایوں بخش سے بھی انکار کروا لیا۔اللہ جانے کیا نصیب لکھوا کر لائی ہے۔جتنی دل کی
اچھی ہے اتنی دل کے ہاتھوں آزمائشوں کا شکار رہتی ہے۔وہ تاسف سے سرگوشی کر رہی تھی۔
لیکن
مقابل کے چہرے پر جاندار مسکراہٹ ابھری تھی۔اسے تاسف غم یا تکلیف کچھ محسوس نہیں ہوا
تھا۔سو یعنی اسے ایک اور موقع دیا گیا تھا۔اس نے گردن اٹھاتے سیاہ سیلنگ میں لگے پیلے
بلبوں کو دیکھا تھا۔تازہ گلاب گلدان سے نکالتے اپنی ناک میں انکی خوشبو کو بھرا تھا۔
شیریں
خالہ اسکی ڈھٹائی دیکھتے خائف ہوئی تھیں۔

مجھے اپنی دعاؤں میں یاد رکھا کرئیے۔دعا کریں مجھے جو چاہئیے مل جاۓ۔وہ
ان کے گلے لگا تھا۔شیریں بوا نے اسے خود میں بھینچا تھا۔اسکی خوشبو ہادیہ منظور جیسی
تھی۔اسکی آنکھیں بھی اپنی ماں جیسی تھیں۔وہ نرم دل تھا۔اکبر اللہ یار کی سفاکی اسکے
خون میں نہیں آئی تھی۔
شیریں
بوا ہمیں چلنا چاہئیے۔اندر آتے رَمزا نے اونچی آواز میں کہا تھا۔
زَرمَن
اسکے واپس آنے کے انتظار میں تھا۔وہ جلد از جلد آفس پہنچنا چاہتی تھی۔
اتنی
بھی کیا جلدی ہے مس رَمزا عالمگیر بخش اروڑہ۔برسوں بعد ماں بیٹے کو تو چین سے ملنے
دیں۔وہ شرارت سے بولا تھا۔
اوکے
پھر تم انہیں کریم بخش حویلی ڈراپ کر دینا۔وہ آبرو اٹھاتے اسے چیلنج کرتے بے پرواہی
سے بولی تھی۔
نہیں۔نہیں۔میرا
یہ مطلب نہیں تھا۔وہ تیزی سے اپنی بات سے پلٹا تھا۔
