ہماری بڑی بیٹی ہے اسے کچھ نہیں دیں گے، تو لوگ کیا کہیں گے، احمد علی اتنا کنگلا ہو
ہے جو بیٹی کو کچھ بھی نہ دے سکا۔۔“ لیکن سکینہ کے چہرے پر فکر اور پریشانی کی پرچھاٸیاں
واضح تھیں۔دراصل انہیں بڑی مشکل سے اتنا اچھا لڑکا ملا تھا، اس لیے اگر اب وہ لوگ شادی
نہ کرتے تو یہ رشتہ ہاتھ سے نکل جانا تھا۔
”یہی
تو پرشانی ہے سکینہ! انہیں انکار بھی نہیں کر سکتے اور حالات بھی تم اچھے سے جانتی
ہو۔ پچھلے تین مہینوں سے سب کچھ بند پڑا ہے،اوپر سے مہنگاٸی
ہے کہ بڑھتی ہی جا رہی ہے اتنی مشکل سے گزارا ہو رہا ہے۔عیدیں بھی اتنی مشکل سے گزری
ہیں اب یہ شادی کا شوشا دیا انہوں نے۔ لیکن میرے ہاتھ میں تو کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔۔۔“انہوں
نے بھی پریشانی سے کہا۔اور ہاتھ میں نوالہ نیچے رکھ دیا۔
”جانتی
ہوں۔! اس کرونا کمبخت نے سب کچھ تباہ و برباد کر کے رکھ دیا۔ اللہ جانے کب سب کچھ معمول
پر آۓ
گا۔ “ وہ بھی اس کی بات سن کر کرونا کو کوستی تیز آواز میں بولی۔
”ہوں
لیکن یہ سب کیسے ہو گا؟ میں تو سوچ سوچ کر پریشان ہو رہا ہوں۔“ اس نے ماتھے کو مسلتے
ہے کہا۔
”آپ
پریشان نہ ہوں! اللہ سب بہتر کرے گا۔ہم ان سے دوبارہ بات کریں گے۔۔“ وہ خود بھی پریشان
تھی، لیکن اسے تسلی دے رہی تھی۔
