"خاموش ہوجاؤ۔تم میرے لائق ہو یا نہیں
اس کا فیصلہ تم ہرگز نہیں کر سکتی۔تم
میری بیوی ہو اور مجھے اپنی بیوی سے بے انتہا محبت ہے۔ماضی کو بھول جاؤ اور آنے
والے وقت کو سوچو۔اور
کچھ تو مجھ معصوم کا خیال کیا کرو صبح صبح تم یوں رو گی تو میرا تو سارا دن ہی
خراب گزرے گا۔"وہ
اسے سمجھاتا آخر میں معصومیت سے بولا۔
"آپ تیار ہوجائیں میں ناشتہ بنا دیتی

اس میں بھی کوئی شک نہیں کہ مجھے بھی ان سے بہت محبت ہے۔سوچتی ہوں کہ اگر مجتبیٰ
نا ہوتے تو شاید میں اپنے ماضی کو سوچ سوچ کر پاگل ہوچکی ہوتی۔
میرے ماضی کا گناہ میرا پیچھا نہیں
چھوڑتا۔
ہاں گناہ۔
جانتے ہیں میرے ماضی میں کیا ہوا
