کا احمقانہ پن بالکل پسند نہیں۔۔اور نہ ہی مجھے بلاوجہ کی بحث وتکرار کی عادت ھے
۔۔۔"اس کی سلگتی نگاہوں میں غصہ اور دھیمے لہجے میں سختی صاف دکھائی دے رہی تھی ۔۔۔یوں اس کے سختی سے بات کرنے پر اس کو اپنے وجود
میں کپکپاہٹ سی محسوس ہوئی ۔۔۔۔ تبھی اس نے اپنے لرزتے ہاتھوں کو ایک دوسرے میں جکڑا۔۔وہ
نظرنہ اٹھا پائی ۔۔کیسے وہ اسے اس کا مقام باور کرا گیا تھا ۔۔پریشے کو لگا ۔۔وہ واقعی
اب اس کے سامنے نظر نہیں اٹھا پائے گی۔۔
"اور
ایک اور بات۔۔۔ چاہے تمیں چاہے میری عزت کی کوئی پروا نہ ہو ۔۔مگر مجھے اپنی عزت کے
ساتھ تمہاری عزت بھی بہت عزیز ہے ۔۔اس کی آخری
بات پر وہ اس نے جھٹکے سے سر اٹھایا۔۔جبکہ وہ اس کی طرف اب پشت کیے کھڑا تھا ۔۔۔

پیچ چاہے کچھ بھی ہو ۔۔تمہیں اسی کمرے میں رہنا ہو گا ۔۔مجھے کوئی تماشہ نہیں لگوانا
۔۔۔اور آخری بات اس کمرے سے تمہاری آواز بالکل بھی باہر نہیں جانی چاہیئے۔۔ آگے تم
خود سمجھدار ہو ورنہ نتائج کی زمہ دار تم خود
ہو گی ۔۔" درشتا ور سخت لہجے میں کہتے
وہ اس کی طرف مڑا۔۔وہ جو اس کی عزت والی بات پر خوش گمانی میں گھری کھڑی تھی ۔۔۔۔اس
کے انگلی سے تنبیہ کرنے پر اس کی خوش گمانی کے ساتھ رنگت بھی پھیکی پڑی۔۔
