انگلیاں سرد پڑ رہی تھیں۔

نے اسے کھولا۔ اندر صرف ایک تصویر تھی۔

پرانی تصویر۔ تصویر دیکھتے ہی اس کی سانس رک گئی۔ اس نے تصویر دونوں ہاتھوں سے
تھام لی۔
چند
لمحوں تک اس کی آنکھیں تصویر پر جمی رہیں۔
پھر
اس کے لبوں سے صرف ایک لفظ نکلا۔
"نہیں..."
اس نے تصویر الٹ دی۔ پیچھے تاریخ لکھی تھی۔

اگست 2008
زیان
کے ہاتھ کانپنے لگے۔ آج بھی 30 اگست تھا۔ صرف اٹھارہ سال بعد۔ وہ کرسی پر بیٹھ گیا۔
اس نے تصویر دوبارہ سیدھی کی۔ اس تصویر میں چند لوگ تھے۔
اور
ایک چہرہ ایسا تھا جسے دیکھ کر اس کے اندر دفن کوئی چیز چیخ اٹھی تھی۔
اس
نے فوراً تصویر میز پر رکھ دی۔
"یہ
یہاں کیسے آئی؟" اسی لمحے اس کا موبائل بجا۔
زیان
اچھل پڑا۔ اسکرین پر کوئی نمبر نہیں تھا۔
صرف
۔۔ پرویٹ نمبر اس نے چند لمحے کال دیکھی۔
پھر اٹھا لی۔
"ہیلو؟"
خاموشی۔
"کون
ہے؟"
دوسری
طرف سانس لینے کی ہلکی آواز آئی۔ زیان کی گرفت فون پر مضبوط ہوگئی۔
"میں
پوچھ رہا ہوں کون ہے؟"
کچھ
لمحوں بعد ایک مردانہ آواز سنائی دی۔
بہت
دھیمی۔ "تمہیں تصویر مل گئی؟" زیان کی آنکھیں پھیل گئیں۔
"تم
کون ہو؟"
"تمہیں
یاد نہیں؟"
"میں
نے پوچھا تم کون ہو؟" دوسری طرف ہلکی سی ہنسی سنائی دی۔
"یاداشت
بھی عجیب چیز ہے، زیان۔"
