زندہ زمین میں گاڑ دوں

وہ سیڑھیوں سے بھاگتی ہوئی نیچے آ رہی تھی
اور طٰہٰ آگے آگے بھاگ رہا تھا۔ بندر کہیں کے،
تم
میرے ہاتھ آؤ بس۔
اب وہ دونوں ڈائننگ
ہال میں پہنچ چکے تھے۔
یار معاف کر دو مجھے، بھوک لگی تھی تو کیا
تم اپنے بھائی کو بھوکا مرنے دیتی، بھائی بچاؤ۔
طٰہٰ بھاگتے ہوئے بول رہا تھا جب اسے معیز
نظر آیا تو اس نے فوراً اس سے مدد لینی چاہی اور اس کے پیچھے چھپ گیا۔
بھائی
آپ پیچھے ہو جائیں، یہ نہ ہو میں آپ کو بھی کچھ کہہ دوں۔ اس افریقہ کے بندر کو آج
میں الٹا لٹکا کر چھوڑوں گی، سمجھتا کیا ہے خود کو یہ۔
تم
لوگوں نے اس کی زبان دیکھی، کیسے بڑے بھائیوں سے بات کر رہی ہے۔
سمینہ بیگم غصے سے کچن سے ہی اونچی آواز
میں بولیں جس پر ان کی چھوٹی اولاد چپ ہو گئی۔

آپ فکر نہ کریں، میں سمجھاتا ہوں۔
معیز بولا تو سمینہ بیگم بس سر ہلا کر رہ
گئیں، انہیں پتا تھا کہ ان کا ہونہار بیٹا کتنا اچھا سمجھاتا
تھا۔
نین
بتاؤ کیا ہوا ہے، کیا کہا ہے اس نے جو اتنا غصہ آ رہا ہے میرے بچے۔
بھائی
یہ جو آپ کے پیچھے ہے، اس نے میری ساری چاکلیٹ کھا لی، وہ بھی راتوں رات، جو آپ نے
ابھی پرسوں لا کر دی تھی بھائئیییی۔
شروع
غصے سے ہوئی لیکن آخر میں اپنے آنسو بہاتے ہوئے بولی جس پر طٰہٰ بھی گھبرا گیا اور
فوراً آگے آیا۔
یار
سوری، تم رو تو نہ، میں اور لا دوں گا اور بھائی سے زیادہ لا دوں گا۔

اپنی بہن کو جتنا بھی تنگ کر لے لیکن اس کے آنسو نہیں دیکھ سکتا تھا چاہے پھر وہ
ڈرامہ ہی کر رہی ہو۔
